Hans' Wine Club accepts payment with Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and MobilePay.
The payment will be completed when the wine is shipped.
All prices stated are per bottle in the specified case sizes, in DKK Danish Kroner and incl. VAT.
Hans' Wine Club uses an approved payment gateway that encrypts all account details with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that all information is secured and cannot be read.


Referring to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, a 2 year warranty is provided for defect products.
The warranty does not apply to defects occurred by incorrect use of product.
Hans' Wine Club will cover cost of return to a reasonable extent.

By agreed upon repayment, please send account information in order for us to transfer the agreed upon amount.


Right of cancellation

14 days right of return is provided and the period starts when the goods are received. Cost of return is not defrayed by Hans' Wine Club.
Cancellations have to be reported no later than 14 days after purchase, and the goods need to be returned no later than 14 days upon cancellation.
Cancellations are sent to info@hanswineclub.dk. In the mail, it needs to be specified that you wish to utilise your right of cancellation.
